Bachelor of Dentistry Romania now available in English

After many years of trying to find suitable options for international students looking for opportunities in dentistry studies, we are happy to announce availability of a 6 year Medical Dentistry program in English language.

European Union Medical School Applicants increase in number

For the academic year 2008/9, the number of European Union member state applicants to Romanian Medical Schools have more than doubled. There has been an overall increase in applicants to Romanian medical universities from all countries, however the most notable increase is in applications coming from E.U member state applicants. The European Credit Transfer System

EUROPEAN CREDIT TRANSFER SYSTEM(ECTS)
Most Romanian Universities have been a part of the ECTS system project since 1998. The European Credit Transfer System, was developed by the European Commission for the provision of common and similar procedures which guarantee academic recognition of studies abroad.

ECTS credits are a value allocated to course units to describe the student workload required to complete them. Medical Student Advisors has opened a new office in Amanzimtoti, South Africa. The company’s previous office on Durban’s North Beach is still open and South African regional manager will continue to work from there. Most of our international calls are routed there.

Entrance exam for E.U member state applicants to Romanian Universities

E.U member state applicants can now benefit from reduced annual tuition fees at Romanian state universities. The reduction in fees comes with a small pre-requisite though!

Applicants wanting to take advantage of the reduced fee will have to pass an entrance exam taken at the university they have applied to, prior to registration.

In the 2007 academic year, Medical Student Advisors, assisted European Union clients during the examination session held late in September. Clients arrived to Romania and stayed for the 2-3 days, returning to their home countries after writing the exam.
